As IT Governance Specialist for Digital Resilience you will join the Deutsche Börse Group CIO - IT Governance, Risk & Transformation department as part of the IT Governance team. You will coordinate IT resilience governance and management reporting activities within the scope of IT Resilience Governance, support IT teams with resilience testing, and manage reporting of 1st Line of Defense test results along with post-testing activities. You will monitor related KPIs, prepare presentations for the IT Governance Committee and senior management, and actively contribute to relevant projects.

Area of work:

As Digital Resilience Governance / IT Governance Specialist you will join the Deutsche Börse Group CIO - IT Governance, Risk & Transformation department as part of the IT Governance team. As a IT Governance Specialist for Digital Resilience (f/m/d), you will be responsible for all coordination, governance and management reporting activities within the scope of IT Resilience Governance.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Active contribution in management of IT resilience testing program in alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support our IT teams in their execution of IT resilience testing, e.g. provision of IT resilience testing framework, templates, etc.
  • Coordination and reporting of 1st LoD resilience test results to management as well as governance of post-testing activities and preparation of new testing cycles.
  • Monitor and maintain related KPIs within respective tooling and derive required actions.
  • Support preparation of presentations about the 1st LoD IT resilience testing status for the IT Governance Committee to IT stakeholders and senior management as well as active contribution in relevant projects.

 

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed your degree in (Computer) science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or similar.
  • You have several years professional experience in the IT resilience environment - ideally you have gained experience in IT Service Continuity management / and or Business Continuity Management.
  • You have knowledge and expertise in relevant regulatory requirements, especially Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) or xAIT.
  • You ideally have profound knowledge in IT standards such as COBIT, ITIL, but certifications are not a “must-have”.
  • You are an analytical thinker and have fun working in a structured and communicative environment.
  • You are a team player with a communicative proactive and hands-on mentality.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English languages.
