Binance is seeking an IT Support Specialist to act as the first point of contact for hardware, software, applications, and network issues. You will troubleshoot incidents, escalate to appropriate teams while owning resolution, and ensure service requests are resolved within SLA. The role emphasizes a security-first mindset, helps define IT operating procedures, and supports IT operations across multiple departments with cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience with macOS, Google Workspace, Okta, and Atlassian tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for Service Requests related to hardware, software, applications, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using available tools and best practices
  • Escalate and route incidents to appropriate teams when necessary while retaining ownership
  • Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levels
  • Maintain a strong security-first mindset in all support activities
  • Assist in defining and improving IT operating procedures and documentation
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing platforms and documentation updates
  • Monitor systems and services, identifying trends and potential problem areas
  • Support IT Operations initiatives across multiple departments
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with macOS (OSX) and iOS devices
  • Proven experience managing:
  • Google Workspace (Google Admin)
  • Okta
  • Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals:
  • DHCP, LAN/WAN
  • Active Directory / Access Points
  • IPSec VPN
  • Network monitoring & security principles
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
