The Opportunity:

As a trainer integrator, you’re passionate about developing differentiated instruction and delivering it in exciting ways. You know that learning styles vary, and you thrive in helping people grasp new information. Bring your passion for developing and delivering an array of training programs to our training team.  

As a Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Training Integrator, you’ll bring your expertise on emergent C-UAS capabilities, training, and force modernization to collaborate with thought leaders in the Force Protection community on the integration of urgent and emergent C-UAS capabilities into Army formations. You’ll use your skills as you assist with the planning and operation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UASs) in support of individual and collective training to counter the emergent threat presented by these platforms. You will play an integral role in developing training scenarios and UAS threat injects and assisting with the planning of these within the framework of Army flight regulations. Your ability to navigate aviation requirements and unit training plans while coordinating with internal and external training stakeholders will enhance force protection and readiness of soldiers and units. Work with us to help the command protect United States servicemembers, their families, and our partners and allies.

You Have:

  • Experience working with the U.S. military as an NCO or Officer

  • Experience with C-UAS, UAS, or Electromagnetic Warfare

  • Experience with training development for Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC-G) training methods

  • Experience with Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) UAS

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

  • Completion of a U.S. Army UAS Master Trainer Course

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with training integration at Corps and Division echelons

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
