Cyber Content Development Trainer

The Opportunity:

As a cyber mission specialist, you understand the value of cyberspace operations. At Booz Allen, you can use your experience to create solutions that will be executed on a worldwide stage. We’re looking for an experienced cyber mission specialist like you to apply your knowledge in developing integrated multi-domain and cyber training scenarios and impact our nation’s cyberspace operational readiness.  

In this role, you’ll be counted on to understand air, space, and cyberspace capabilities to evaluate the effectiveness of operational training. You will develop and deliver a variety of scenarios and content to training audiences by applying extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. You will develop innovative solutions to complex problems and work without considerable direction. You will mentor and may supervise other team members.

You Have:  

  • 2+ years of experience with conducting or planning offensive cyber operations
  • 2+ years of experience with conducting or planning defensive cyber operations
  • Experience developing and delivering cyberspace operations support for USCYBERCOM or a Service Cyber Component
  • Experience planning, developing scenarios, or evaluating operational work roles in multi-domain or large-force employment exercises
  • Experience with USCYBERCOM or Service Cyber Component cyber training standards, including training and evaluating personnel and developing training scenarios
  • Ability to formulate recommendations for corrective actions to address identified risks and support Cyber Mission Force training
  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with space platforms and processing facilities networks

  • Experience with RF-enabled cyber tactics and techniques

  • Knowledge of satellite-based signals and modulations

  • Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and UNIX 

  • Knowledge of modern computer systems, including client and server, LAN or WAN, network concepts, and modern network management and security monitoring concepts

  • Possession of excellent project management and organizational skills, including drafting clear and concise reports and briefing daily network security summaries, related issues, and concerns to senior leaders and a larger audience

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
