Job Description
Key Role:
Manage the planning, design, and implementation of cyber operations for Department of Defense agencies supporting combatant commands and other organizations. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts for joint non-kinetic effects. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Use your cyberspace operations experience to create solutions for hard target defeat. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with cyberspace operations, and non-kinetic effects planning and vulnerability assessment or analysis
- Knowledge of tactics and doctrine development in support of real-world operations and modeling and simulation
- Ability to integrate cyber into dynamic ISR and Fires deliberate planning and operations
- Ability to analyze or develop operational requirements for advanced C2 technology efforts, including via the Joint Fires Network (JFN)
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with operations at a Combatant Command or Service Component
- Experience with Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) planning
- Experience with intelligence support to OCO
- Experience with the Joint Planning Process
- Experience with all-source intelligence disciplines
- Knowledge of underground facilities or hard and deeply buried targets
- OCO Cyber Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
