The Opportunity:

As a Systems Engineer on our team, you’ll have the chance to design systems encompassing multiple engineering disciplines in support of many different client missions. You’ll orchestrate the development of a system of interest from requirements determination through design and implementation, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk and opportunity management, and tailoring processes to meet the needs of our clients. You Have:
3+ years of experience with systems engineering, integration, or administration
2+ years of experience configuring and deploying standalone non-cloud server or client architectures
Experience maintaining system security, including applying patches and configuring equipment
Experience with requirements discovery and refinement with clients
Ability to reconcile client needs with delivery timelines
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working on hardware or software development projects, including end-to-end life cycle and test engineering or Quality Assurance (QA)
Experience configuring and deploying thin or zero-clients
Experience with process improvement
Ability to problem-solve and work well on a team
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
