Assist and secure Capgemini’s global Microsoft Active Directory and PKI infrastructure as part of the Group Cybersecurity team, focusing on critical Microsoft and Azure services. You will administer PKI (PKI, ADCS, NDES) and Azure AD Connect, perform diagnostics and maintenance across on-premises and cloud-connected systems, and maintain up-to-date documentation. The role involves collaboration with Group IT to integrate with security access and authentication solutions (e.g., Zscaler, Ping) and contribute to cloud security evolution (Azure/Entra ID), vulnerability management, incident response, and security hardening. Strong English communication and autonomous work in an international environment are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), ADCS, NDES, and Azure AD Connect.
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and continuous maintenance of on‑prem and cloud‑connected systems.
- Maintain clear and up‑to‑date technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Group IT on integration with systems such as Zscaler and Ping for secure access and authentication.
- Support cloud security evolution, including Azure/Entra ID capabilities.
- Participate in cybersecurity operations such as vulnerability management, incident response, and security hardening.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven hands‑on experience managing Microsoft PKI environments.
- 3–5 years of experience in large, global, matrixed environments.
- Knowledge of HSM, KMS, Windows Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong understanding of IT security and cloud security principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work autonomously within international teams.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar certification.
