Responsible for identity and access management tasks, including creation, modification and deletion of IT accounts and governing access to systems. Delivers expected service levels around customer identity management and collaborates with other IT teams to support end users. Fluency in French and experience with Active Directory (plus ITIL/ServiceNow familiarity) are preferred.

  • Handle telephone calls
  • Collaboration with other technical teams
  • Creation, modification and deletion of IT accounts
  • Management and monitoring of access to systems
  • Deliver expected service levels around customer identity management

YOUR POFILE

What do you need to start?

  • Experience with Active Directory (migrating users, computers and applications, Group Policy, User account Management)
  • Basic knowledge of Z/OS/ Windows/Linux/Aix environment (with basic commands)
  • Knowledge of Service Now, ITIL
  • Fluent verbal and written French language skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Deliver expected service levels around customer identity management
  • Collaborate with other IT teams

It is not essential, but we appreciate if you have:

  • Understanding on Certificate Services, DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, Routing & Subnets will be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of scripting (Power Shell, JCL, KSH)
  • RSA Console
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
