Job Description
**This is a night shift role, working hours are 10pm - 7am**

In just five years, CKO IDV has become a leading French player in online identity verification. Its proprietary technology, based on real-time video recognition, is unique in the world.
Our mission is to enable citizens to use their civil identity easily and securely in the digital world, fostering the trust needed between digital services and their users. We protect users against identity theft, and service providers against fraud.
Mission
As a Team Lead within the Fraud Operations team, during your shift you will manage a team of Fraud Experts who manually verify the identities of our clients’ users from our offices in Paris. You will also have an indirect supervisory role over a second team based in Romania.
Your main responsibilities include:
Monitoring the team’s performance indicators (processing time, pending volumes, etc.)
Being proactive in handling unexpected situations (managing activity peaks, adjusting schedules, liaising with the technical team, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with service rules, including operational processes as well as the security and compliance measures related to remote identity verification
Leading workshops and meetings to foster team spirit and share knowledge and information
Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members

Profile
For the Team Lead position, we are looking for candidates with previous team management experience who are:
Conscientious
Reactive and adaptable
Patient and have strong interpersonal skills
Interested in technology, fraud prevention, and personal data security (a plus!)
Professional English
Recruitment Process
Once your CV has been selected by our HR team, we will contact you for an initial discussion to clarify the role and our needs. This will be followed by an on-site interview including a presentation and hands-on practice with our software, and then a second interview focused on cultural fit.

Our service operates 24/7, so weekend work is common.
