CrowdStrike is seeking an IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Intern to support change management initiatives within enterprise programs. This internship offers hands-on experience working with business, technology, and program teams while developing fundamental change management skills. You’ll assist in preparing impact assessments, communications strategies, and training plans, participate in stakeholder meetings, and learn to track employee engagement and success metrics. The program runs for about 12 weeks with a 40-hour workweek, and is fully remote with optional office collaboration near your location.

Location & Work Arrangement
FULLY REMOTE: This Internship is fully remote and requires no travel. Your work location is the city/town you will be working from remotely. For our 12-week internship program, interns are allowed to work remotely from an alternative location for up to 2 weeks. Interns are also invited to work out of the CrowdStrike office located closest to their remote location.
Time Commitment: Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.

Cohort 1: Wednesday, May 20 - Friday, August 7, 2026 (11 ½ Weeks)
Cohort 2: Monday, June 1 - Friday, August 21, 2026 (12 Weeks)
Cohort 3: Monday, June 15 - Friday, September 4, 2026 (12 Weeks)
CrowdStrike is seeking an IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Intern to learn about and support change management initiatives within our enterprise programs. This internship provides hands-on experience working alongside business, technology, and program teams while developing fundamental change management skills.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in supporting organizational change management workstreams under the guidance of experienced OCM professionals
Help prepare and organize materials for impact assessments, communication strategies, and training plans
Participate in stakeholder meetings and learn how to assess business readiness
Shadow change management professionals and gain exposure to change advocacy practices
Learn to work in an agile, fast-paced environment
Observe and assist in tracking employee engagement initiatives
Help compile success metrics and create change effort reports
Support documentation and maintenance of program roadmaps
Gain exposure to large-scale organizational change efforts
What You’ll Need:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proactive learning attitude and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with various levels of the organization
Customer service mindset
Bonus Points:
Interest in cybersecurity technology
Familiarity with change management concepts; Prosci certification
Previous internship or relevant project experience
