The Identity and Access Operations team is part of Cyber Operations within the Security, Resilience and Controls department, which also consists of Physical Security and Resilience, Nordic and Regulatory Collaboration, IT Business Risk & Controls, Cyber Design, and Cyber Build.

The Identity and Access Operations team manages user and security administration in a multi-platform environment, encompassing both centralised and decentralised platforms. The team operates across three key locations – Lithuania, India, and Denmark – and is composed of 28 employees.
To further enhance Danske Bank’s cyber security defence, we are hiring an Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team in Denmark.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

You will:

• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, workflow automation, and compliance controls 
• Enable and facilitate access to information and digital assets in alignment with industry standards, security practices, and Danske Bank’s security policy 
• Oversee internal cryptographic key and certificate management 
• Manage external cryptographic key and certificate processes with third parties
• Administer internal MitID Business (LocalIdP) 
• Provide support to internal users of MitID Business
• Handle certificates in RACF on the mainframe
• Create and maintain documentation

 

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in supporting user identity management, access control, request-authorisation frameworks, and general IT security policies 
• Experience with cryptographic key and certificate management 
• Critical thinking skills to understand problems, approve or suggest solutions that ensure service delivery, maintain proper access, and minimise risk and financial exposure 
• Proficiency in Danish, both verbally and in writing 
• Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing 
• Higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline 
• Mainframe knowledge is beneficial 
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., SSCP, Security+, etc.) would be beneficial
