Position Overview

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.

This role is part of the CSO (Chief Security Office) Corporate Security – CEU Security Operations department, responsible for managing operational controls and designing the required internal control framework in cooperation with the Security Governance and Controls team. It supports covering the various aspects of the risk lifecycle of the Bank and CSO Corporate Security.

Responsibilities

  • Support management and design of security operations controls ensuring alignment with governance framework.
  • Develop and manage policy hierarchy to support governance and controls adherence.
  • Review and adjust policy landscape to align with annual control certification process.
  • Collaborate with governance teams to coordinate communication on risk and control activities.
  • Manage external vendor relations and work with Corporate Security Operations groups.

  • Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional governance and security teams.
  • Experience in policy management and operational controls.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
