This role leads a team of Information Technology Application Owners responsible for the lifecycle, stability, and compliance of security-related applications within Deutsche Bank's Chief Security Office. The ITAO Team Lead ensures application governance, security compliance, operational stability, and effective stakeholder management. As the Information Technology Application Owner (ITAO) team lead position you will be an acting ITAO and responsible for leading a team of ITAOs who manage the lifecycle, stability, compliance of applications within the Security Monitoring and Remediation Pillar. The Information Technology Application Owner (ITAO) is responsible and accountable for the overall lifecycle management, governance and performance of assigned IT Applications. As the accountable person the ITAO ensures the application operates securely, reliably and efficiently in adherence to business and compliance requirements. The applications assigned will be supporting functions in the Chief Security Office area. The CSO / CTO CIO function supports the Global Security of the banks, people, information, systems, infrastructure and operations it has particular focus on Cyber Security. Responsibilities: Guide and mentor a team of ITAOs, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Ensure all applications in the Security Monitoring Pillar are adhering to all controls and tasks assigned. Ensure all open tasks are remediated within the timeframe given and escalate issues in advance and a with path to green to Stakeholders and Mgmt. Stakeholder and Mgmt communication, Strong communication skills to translate technical issues into business language, manage expectations, and align IT Priorities with business needs. Skilled at identifying issues, driving root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and promoting process efficiency and innovation. End to end application governance. Owning and accountable for the full lifecycle of the assigned applications. Including maintaining documentations, defining the applications strategy, ensuring compliance against the Banks IT Policies and managing associated risks and audits. Security Compliance, and Risk Mgmt. With responsibilities in ensuring application can evidence its regulatory and compliance obligations. They should ensure that applications adhere to security standards, data protection requirements. Operational Stability and Performance. Can oversee the day to day operational health of the application, ensuring reliability, availability and performance targets are met. Manage as a priority the remediation of vulnerabilities, coordinate with infrastructure, vendor, support teams to resolve incidents, manage patches and drive continuous improvements. Stakeholder and Vendor Management. Will be the main contact for business stakeholders, IT service teams and vendors. The ITAO will translate the business needs into technical requirements, priorities of enhancements and deliveries and ensures SLAs are met, especially in relation to compliance and controls.
