  • Divisional CISO for Technology Data Innovation (TDI) ensures that the Information Security Management System of TDI is aligned with the DBs Information Security policies, processes, and standards.
  • The TDI D-CISO team also acts as the governance lead for Information Security management and are the primary contact for information security relevant matters within TDI division.

Your key responsibilities

  • Supports the TDI D-CISO central team in implementing an appropriate Information Security Management System (ISMS) for TDI divisions.
  • Supporting the delivery of TDI D-CISO central activities in following areas under Identity and Access domain. Data leakage exceptions, Monitoring of Segregation of Duties (SoD), Recertification and Asset Governance etc.
  • Responsible for managing the D-CISO central services against pre-defined targets and SLAs, including ongoing measurement against the targets.
  • Proactively handling stakeholder queries. Verifies factual correctness and compliance to Information Security requirements.
  • To regularly assess and report on the operational effectiveness of the Information Security related activities and processes
  • Act as mediator and subject matter expert for business and IT management on information security topics.
  • Facilitates a regular communication and cooperation with all relevant stakeholder and functions such as the Division Information Security Officers (D-ISOs), Information Security Officers (ISO’s), Technical Information security Officers (TISOs) and IT Asset owners (ITAOs) as well as the Chief Information Security Office (CSO) delivery and governance functions.
  • Demonstrates personal support to the achievement and maintenance of a high-performance culture in which people management and development is a key priority. Demonstrates personal commitment to supporting colleagues within the team.
  • Demonstrates personal commitment to the Bank’s values.
  • Adheres to Bank Policies and Procedures and drives compliance within the team.
  • Takes ownership for own development and career management, seeking opportunities to develop personal capability and improve performance contribution.

Your skills and experience

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams is essential.
  • Strong understanding of audit/risk management methodologies and regulatory requirements pertaining to information security, privacy and/or data security
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing/auditing ISO27001 controls.
  • Good communication (both oral and written), numerical and analytical skills essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management at all levels of seniority
  • Decent knowledge in at least one or more of the following Information Security processes, e.g. Identity and Access management, Information Security Incident and Problem Management, Information Security Governance for business and technology
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
