Job Title - Information Security Specialist, AVP

Role Description

  • The Technology Data Innovation (TDI) Chief Security Office (CSO) comprises both Corporate Security and Information Security. We run security operations globally to protect the bank’s people, infrastructure, processes, and information.
  • CSO Governance and Control conducts proactive Information Security (IS) controls assess ability and applicability reviews for the emerging technologies to design adaptable IS assessment framework to appropriately assess the security requirement for relevant applications and infrastructures
  • This role will be responsible for documenting and defining the new business requirements, enhancements, and security requirements for our GRC platform. They will work directly with stakeholders across business and technology to determine the best solutions to achieve efficiency and improve effectiveness in our risk and compliance assessment tool.

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for recommending and executing business solutions
  • Collaborate with the end users and stakeholders
  • Requirement gathering and capture/track backlogs
  • Define user stories and sprint planning
  • Contribute to requirements prioritization
  • Support product owners to manage product backlog
  • Collaborate across the software product, development, and operation teams
  • Manage key stakeholders through regular progress updates
  • Identify and document test scenarios and test cases
  • Manage and lead UAT
  • Support Audit queries with data points

Your skills and experience

We are looking for motivated candidates who show us:

  • Excellent documentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience on Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum ceremonies, prioritizing backlog, etc.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Skilled in business process modelling and improvement
  • Exposure to migration projects and GAP analysis (Current vs Future State Process)
  • Domain Knowledge – Information Security / GRC / IRM
  • Passionate about problem solving & technology
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow IRM, RSA Archer, MS Visio, MS Office
  • Knowledge on Agile@Scale and Jira@Scale
  • soft Word, Excel (on formula level), PowerPoint)

Working experiences in a complex application landscape

  • Working experiences in a global team
  • Working experience in ServiceNow
  • Project Management work experience and knowledge
  • Any certifications: CISSP, CISM, Certified Risk Analyst, PMP, ISO 27001
