Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• In-depth understanding of core HR security mechanisms to safeguard sensitive employee data. Familiarity with DOR (Direct Online Reporting) practices to streamline data reporting processes. Proficient in utilizing DFF (Descriptive Flexfields) to enhance data capture capabilities within systems. Experience in designing and implementing workflows to optimize business processes within platforms. Ability to analyze and improve platform functionalities in alignment with client business objectives.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Computer Applications
• Bachelor of Business Administration
• Master of Computer Applications

Experience

• Technical Support (2+ years)
