At F5, the Senior Consultant will lead and participate in design and implementation projects to deploy our Enterprise security solutions, establishing trusted technical advisor relationships with customers regarding web security. You will own delivery of technical components for integration, including website analysis, configurations, testing, debugging, documentation and go-live support. Collaborate with other teams to deliver timely and high-quality technical solutions, leverage F5 tooling and APIs, guide other consultants and engineers to ensure customer success, and contribute to standardized deployment processes and internal knowledge sharing.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Leads and/or participates in design and implementation projects to deploy our Enterprise security solutions.
- Establish trusted technical advisor relationships with customers regarding web security.
- Own delivery of technical components for integration that include website analysis, configurations, testing, debugging, documentation and go-live support.
- Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams in delivering a timely and qualitative technical solution to customers.
- Leveraging F5 tooling for technical implementation, automation, and enabling the use of APIs
- Guide other Consultants and engineers to ensure customer success.
- Contribute to the development of standardized processes and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the deployment process.
- Contribute active learnings from the field towards internal knowledge building.
Minimum required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or a related engineering discipline OR equivalent industry work experience.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, HTML and other technologies involved in delivering Internet web services.
- In depth technical expertise in two or more of the following areas:
Web Application Firewalls, Bot manager, Load balancers, Cloud networking/operation, Data center exposure and L3-L4 -L7 DDOS. - Experience in Cloud (preferable one of GCP, Azure, and AWS).
- Initial career experience of network and network security will be plus and later/majority half of career more in deep dive in layer 7 technologies
- Experience and knowledge of programming and scripting Python |Terraform.
- Experience with Kubernetes. Certificate will be plus +
- Integration in complex environments preferably in the software/cybersecurity industry.
- Experience in Solutions engineering or professional services to large scale enterprises.
- Experience in a technical role involving web operations, incident response, customer support, system monitoring, or a similar role.
- Independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
