Lead and manage Fortinet's pre-sales team across Poland, shaping regional strategy and driving sales opportunities. Collaborate closely with the sales organization, marketing, engineering, system integrators and partners to promote Fortinet technology and achieve regional goals. Responsible for coaching, performance reviews, and development of a high-performing team of managers and engineers, while representing Fortinet at public events. Requires cybersecurity proficiency, leadership experience, and fluency in Polish and English.

As a pre-sales team director, you will manage the team to achieve success, working closely with the sales organization throughout Poland. We expect our managers to be actively involved not only in developing a pre-sales strategy for the region and managing staff—we also expect the pre-sales director to work with their team, ensuring their active involvement in promoting our technology and generally playing an active role in the success of the entire sales organization!
Key requirements:
- Developing a pre-sales strategy in Poland and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new and existing customer relationships.
- Presenting and demonstrating Fortinet solutions and positioning products against the competition.
- Monitoring and evaluating individual/team and organizational goals.
- Planning changes related to employee and organizational development to support sales.
- Leveraging and supporting internal and external influencers (marketing, support, engineering, system integrators, partners).
- Conducting performance reviews, coaching, and development.
- Serving as a spokesperson for Fortinet technology.
- Speaking at public events.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar position with a proven track record of managing and influencing key stakeholders and building lasting customer relationships.
- Experience working throughout Poland is essential.
- Ability to train other team members and effectively manage a team of highly qualified managers and engineers.
- Experience in cybersecurity is essential.
- Experience working in large organizations with cybersecurity teams is welcome.
- Fluency in Polish and English is essential.
