Join Fortinet as an Escalation Engineer focusing on Data Loss Prevention in London. You will work with the support team to identify root causes of customer issues, own escalated cases through resolution, and replicate problem scenarios to drive rapid workarounds and fixes. You will collaborate with the R&D team to communicate bugs and test fixes, develop debugging tools, and become a specialist in Data Loss Prevention and Insider Risk Management for customers and partners. - Has a passion for solving complex problems and reverse engineering things.Has experience with REST APIs and JSONHas some level of programming or scripting skills, e.g. Python or Shell scriptingA genuine interest in learning about new technologiesIt is also considered a bonus if you have:
