We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Channel Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing Service Provider business in Germany.

 

You would act as a key team member supporting channel partners and Fortinet’s account managers enabling strong partner engagement and contributing to regional sales growth.

 

As an Inside Channel Account Manager, you will:

 

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Channel Partners to support sales initiatives and partner relationships

  • Follow up on leads and assist in qualifying potential customer opportunities

  • Help prepare sales quotes, renewals, and product information for customers and partners

  • Assist in organizing calls, demos, and meetings with customers

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools such as Salesforce

  • Participate in ongoing learning and development to gain knowledge of Fortinet’s products and services

  • Contribute to basic marketing campaigns and partner-focused initiatives

 

We Are Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English

  • Comfortable working with people and building relationships in a hybrid (in-office and remote) setting

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, email tools, and standard computer systems

  • A positive, curious mindset and a strong desire to learn

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus—but not essential

  • An interest in technology and/or cybersecurity is welcomed
