Fortinet Germany is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Germany Inside Sales Team, with role locations in Munich, Frankfurt am Main, or Hamburg. The ISR will support Sales Directors with administrative and organizational tasks, manage schedules, prepare for customer meetings, and document follow-ups. The role includes lead and opportunity management via Salesforce, plus various account-management duties such as evaluations, licenses, renewals, and quotations, while resolving customer queries with basic technical knowledge. German (and partly English) communications are required, and collaboration across departments supports sales targets.

The Role
We are seeking motivated and focused individuals to join our Inside Sales Team. Achieving our future goals and remaining a leader in our field requires exceptional individuals who can share and understand our passion for success.
You will work with and support our managers, executives and Account Manager.
As an ISR at Fortinet your role will involve:
Supporting one or more of our Sales Team Directors with administrative & organizational tasks including
Managing schedules
Preparation for customer meetings
Documentation and follow-up tracking of team meetings & calls
Preparation of presentations
Booking travel
Coordinating with other departments, sharing customer feedback, and supporting overall sales targets
Lead and Opportunity Management via the CRM tool (Salesforce.com)
Provide all other tasks associated with Account Management – e.g. Arrangement of evaluations, licenses, renewals and quotations
Identify customer queries and resolve to enhance customer satisfaction
Basic technical knowledge and understanding
Required Skills & Experience
Proven organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in German / partly English)
Goal orientated and self-confident with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to work independently under pressure
Ability to prioritize, be flexible and take the initiative
