Join Fortinet as a Major Account Manager – Enterprises, responsible for managing direct sales engagements of Fortinet's cybersecurity product portfolio into Enterprise Accounts, with a focus on BFSI in Mumbai. The role involves creating and executing strategic account plans to drive enterprise-wide deployments, building executive relationships with key buyers, and coordinating with internal teams to win customer mindshare and negotiate favorable terms. You will generate enterprise opportunities, qualify and forecast opportunities, manage the sales cycle through to closure, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. The position requires a proven track record selling to Fortune 1000/major accounts, extensive experience in service provider network security, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

In this key role, you will manage and drive direct sales engagements of Fortinet Product Portfolio into a set of Enterprises Accounts. – BFSI. Your focus will be to create and implement strategic account plans focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet products and services. Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process. Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Customer Mindshare , Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.

 

As a  “Major Account Manager –Enterprises”, you will:

  • Generating Enterprise business opportunities and managing the sales process through to closure of the sale.
  • Achievement of agreed quarterl/yearly sales goals.
  • Generate a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecast pipeline.

We Are Looking For:

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

  • Proven ability to sell solutions to Fortune and Competitive Account
  • A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
  • Experience in closing large deals.
  • Experience in working with RFP and related documentation, involving complex deals. 
  • Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle
  • Minimum 12- 15 years sales experience selling to Fortune 1000 Major Accounts.
  • Minimum 10 years selling Service provider network security products and services.
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter-type mentality.
  • BS or equivalent experience, graduate degree preferred.
