Senior Manager for Systems Engineering focusing on enterprise cybersecurity pre-sales in India. Leads a team of solution engineers, guides pre-sales strategy across security domains (infrastructure, network security, SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA, application security, SecOps, cloud security), and engages with CXOs to drive cybersecurity adoption in large strategic accounts. Partners with sales leadership to influence opportunities, manages RFP/RFI responses and solution design, and mentors a high-performing team. Builds collaboration with product, marketing, and partners, and tracks market trends to keep offerings competitive.

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India

Role Overview

We are in pursuit of a Seasoned Cybersecurity Leader to drive Pre-Sales strategy and technical vision across our enterprise customer landscape in India. This role requires deep cybersecurity expertise, leadership capabilities and strong customer engagement skills. The Manager will partner with sales leaders, guide a team of solution engineers, and directly engage with CXOs to drive cybersecurity adoption in large, strategic accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise pre-sales strategy for cybersecurity solutions – Infrastructure and Network Security, SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA, Application Security, SecOps and  Cloud Security.
  • Drive technical leadership in customer engagements through workshops, whiteboarding, POCs, and solution presentations.
  • Engage with CXOs and senior IT stakeholders to understand challenges and position tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Partner with sales leadership to influence enterprise opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Oversee RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and proposal creation.
  • Build, Mentor and manage a team of Top-Tier pre-sales engineers, ensuring technical excellence and growth. Maintain a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Build strong collaboration with product, marketing, and partner ecosystems to deliver competitive positioning.
  • Track market trends and competitor landscape to enhance solution offerings.
 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related Domain.
  • 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales / solution consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Domain  expertise across various technologies like Network security, Cloud Security, SecOps, SASE, OT, Zero trust.
  • Proven experience engaging with large enterprise/strategic accounts and influencing CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills – ability to manage, mentor, and inspire pre-sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Preferred Industry certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CCIE, AWS/Azure Security.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
