Join Fortinet as a Software Development QA Engineer responsible for ensuring quality of select network product features (including network protocols, load balancing, authentication, and WAF modules). Design and execute test cases, reproduce customer issues, and assist TAC with issue analytics. Develop and maintain automation scripts and write user and deployment guides. As a Software Development QA Engineer, you will:
- Responsibility for quality of some features of network products, include network protocol, load balance, authentication and WAF related modules.
- Design and execute test case for responsible modules.
- Reproduce customer issue and help TAC to analytics customer issues.
- Write and maintain automation scripts.
- Writing user guide and deployment guide modules.
- Test the product functions and performance on the physical platform, virtual platform, and cloud platform.
We Are Looking For:
An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:
- Bachelor's degree or above, in CS or related area.
- Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification is preferred.
- Hardworking spirit and strong teamwork skill.
- Good program skill, familiar with Python.
- Strong experience in TCP/IP and Routing/Switching protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem analytics skills.
- Good experience in using Linux and usually test tools.
