The Specialist Systems Engineer - OT will work with a sales representative in a defined territory to support the sales organization in all OT-related technical matters. Responsibilities include pre-sales OT cybersecurity support, designing ICS/OT architectures (Fortinet and partners), and delivering demos and proofs of concepts. They will conduct Cybersecurity Maturity Evaluations for ICS environments and Critical Infrastructure, and assist in reviewing RFPs and technical documentation. Additionally, the role covers training partners and customers and participating in marketing initiatives and industry events.

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to work closely with a sales representative in a defined territory. The Systems Engineer's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding OT.
With us you will
- Provide pre-sales support and OT cybersecurity expertise to field Systems Engineers.
- Design and define ICS/OT architectures using Fortinet and partner technologies.
- Deliver demos and proof-of-concepts based on OT security architectures.
- Conduct Cybersecurity Maturity Evaluations for ICS environments and Critical Infrastructure.
- Support marketing initiatives and participate in industry events.
- Assist in reviewing RFPs and technical documentation.
- Deliver training sessions for partners and customers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Highly organized, proactive, and sales-focused.
- Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity, including ICS environments.
- Familiarity with OT devices (PLCs, IEDs, RTUs, HMIs) and systems (SCADA, DCS, Historians).
- Understanding of industry standards and models: ISA95, Purdue Model, IEC 62443.
- Technical knowledge in:
- Networking: Routing, Switching, Firewalling
- Security: Endpoint Protection, NDR, PAM, SIEM, SOAR
- Encryption and authentication technologies
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, IEC 62443, ISO 27001
