Lead and develop ING Hubs' BCO & IT Risk Management Team, owning the Non-Financial risk management strategy and its execution. You will coach, recruit, onboard, and calibrate team members, ensure high-quality results, and manage interactions with multiple stakeholders. The role includes reviewing IT Security services, driving audits and security-related projects, and fostering knowledge sharing and skills development within the team. English level required: B2/C1.

The expected salary for this position:17 300 - 22 500 PLN gross

We are looking for you if:

  • You have experience managing teams and developing talent; you are passionate about working with people and developing talents of others make you fulfilled

  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a IT Risk Officer, auditor, security manager or in other security-related job;

  • You are communicative, flexible and goal-oriented

  • You have willingness to learn, understand and adapt to new requirements

  • You have willingness to take over responsibility

  • You have strong written communication skills and presentation skills

English level - B2/C1

You'll get extra points for:

  • Security related certificates, such as: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+ etc.

  • Driven, self-motivated, and highly flexible team player attitude

  • Self-learner, independent problem-solver approach

  • Hands-on experience in driving internal or external audits, managing security related project or delivering IT security services

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning, coaching, assessing and professionalizing your team members

  • Recruiting and onboarding new talents

  • Support your teams in development and calibration

  • Make sure that the team results are of the highest quality

  • Interacting with multiple stakeholders

  • Set standards for developing, innovating and safeguarding craftsmanship/knowledge in the field of expertise

  • Share knowledge and make sure team members have appropriate competencies and skills

  • Review the current implementation of IT Security services

Information about the team:

We are looking for an experienced BCO and IT Risk Management Team Lead to join our team and take ownership of developing and implementing our Non Financial risk management strategy. You will lead an existing team of experts - including Business Control Officers, Key Control Testers (SOX/ICS), and Security/IT Risk Officers - and drive its further development, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in IT risk management.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be "Lead Business Control II”.
