This role supports daily data protection and privacy activities. This role is designed for early‑career privacy professionals who already possess foundational knowledge and can execute tasks with guidance and increasing independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in RoPA documentation and data protection assessments (DPIA, LIA, SPA, TIA) in line with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and service expectations
  • Participate in third party management activities, under the direction of senior team members
  • Support privacy-by-design documentation and relevant activities
  • Support monitoring activities for control effectiveness oversight operating effectiveness
  • Assist in drafting training materials, guidelines, and communications.

Key Capabilities / Experience

  • Foundational understanding of data protection & privacy concepts
  • Experience working with structured data protection processes or assessment tools
  • Clear written communication skills
  • High attention to detail & quality orientation

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in a data protection & privacy role
  • Background in technology, information security, risk management, or legal
  • Data protection & privacy training
