Tech Risk & Controls Lead for APAC within Cybersecurity & Tech Controls, based in Singapore. Responsible for identifying and mitigating technology risk and ensuring operational integrity across Global Technology programs, with oversight to align with CTC objectives. Leads the design and implementation of AI-driven use cases to automate processes, improve efficiency, and provide guidance on AI initiatives across regional CTC teams, partnering with stakeholders to reduce risk.

As a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in Cybersecurity & Tech Controls (CTC), you will be responsible for identifying, and mitigating compliance and operational risks in line with the firm's standards. A key focus will be supporting significant Global Technology programs by providing dedicated oversight to ensure these programs are executed effectively and CTC objectives are met. You will also drive the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-related use cases to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency for the team’s work within these programs. As a technical subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and support for the development of AI use cases across other CTC teams in the region. Leveraging your advanced knowledge of risk management principles and practices, you will partner with key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and drive the execution of CTC initiatives, with a focus on reducing risk in the firm’s operations across the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the execution of critical components within major Global Technology programs, ensuring that deliverables directly support the achievement of CTC control outcomes and objectives.
- Lead efforts to design and develop AI-driven use cases that streamline workflows and enhance the team’s productivity in executing priorities for strategic programs.
- Analyze complex situations and conduct data-driven assessments to support risk mitigation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships, becoming a trusted partner with LOB technologists, assessments teams, and data officers to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and progress toward shared goals
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology risk management, information security, or related field, emphasizing risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and developing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in log analysis and investigation, with hands-on experience using SIEM solutions (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, or similar platforms).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Cybersecurity Operations or Engineering roles is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, or implement AI or machine learning solutions, particularly in the context of process automation to reduce manual effort.
