As a Vice President, Program Manager – Strategic Threats in Global Security, you will help identify and mitigate nation‑state and other sophisticated threats across the Asia Pacific region. You will develop risk assessments, design and deliver education and awareness, and partner with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies. You will engage with emerging technology teams and support investigations, while communicating complex issues clearly to diverse audiences and senior management.

Job responsibilities

  • Establish partnerships with local Global Security, Cybersecurity and Technology Controls, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate nation‑state and other sophisticated threats.
  • Provide dedicated strategic threats support to all lines of business and corporate functions across Asia Pacific.
  • Develop and deliver education and awareness materials relative to strategic threats and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Use multiple data sources and tools to research threats, including those from nation‑state and other sophisticated actors.
  • Produce concise analytic assessments on specific risks and contribute to strategic analysis products.
  • Conduct research and analysis in support of investigations into nation‑state and other sophisticated threats.
  • Support the controls environment, ensuring data integrity, metrics development, and trend analysis.
  • Partner with emerging technology teams on quantum, artificial intelligence, and machine learning research to identify threats and integrate security guidance.
  • Communicate complex threat issues in clear, accessible language to diverse audiences.
  • Present structured updates to senior management and contribute to program planning and execution.
  • Coordinate regularly with the U.S.‑based team to align on emerging risks and regional requirements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in counterintelligence investigations, counterintelligence operations and/or counterintelligence support to stakeholders.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing complex enterprise risk or security initiatives.
  • Experience conducting or supporting counterintelligence or insider threat investigations.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and communicate complex risks clearly and succinctly.
  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to leverage multiple datasets and tools to support complex research and analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage pressure and deliver results on complex projects with senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills, including influencing without direct authority.
  • Knowledge of nation‑state risks across Asia Pacific and related regulatory environments.
  • Proficiency in developing effective presentations and senior‑level briefings.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Program management experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Combined government and private sector experience in strategic threats or counterintelligence.
  • Experience conducting counterintelligence work in Asia Pacific.
  • Familiarity with threat modeling for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, machine learning).
  • Experience building education and awareness programs for large, distributed workforces.
  • Stakeholder engagement experience across legal, compliance, cyber, and business functions.
  • Advanced writing skills for executive‑level risk communications and assessments.
Promote strategic threat initiatives to protect the firm from nation-state risks through analysis, education, and mitigation.
