Join KPMG's Digital Nexus Technology organization as a Temporary Engineer on the Incident Management Response team for a nine-month assignment. You will manage the entire incident management process from detection to resolution, record incidents, and maintain outage documentation. You will ensure timely communications to IT and business leadership and collaborate with IT teams, security personnel, and upper management. You will participate in regular process assessments to ensure documentation, sustainability, and scalability, upholding integrity and professional standards.

KPMG is currently seeking a Temporary Engineer, Incident Management Response to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization for a nine-month assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire incident management process, from detection to resolution
- Record all incidents and maintain documentation for all outages
- Ensure appropriate communications are sent to IT and business leadership
- Work closely with IT teams, security personnel, and upper management
- Participate in regular assessments of processes to ensure they are well-documented, sustainable, and scalable
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of recent experience supporting various infrastructure stacks
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required; ITIL Certified is preferred
- Experience working in a 24x7 IT operations environment
- Knowledge of Incident management processes, business continuity, and data breach management
- Demonstrated experience with Service and Event Management tools
- Excellent communication skills
