You will join our global Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, part of the Identity and Cyber Security group within Technology. You will advise, deliver, and guide the adoption of PAM capabilities, working to decrease toil through automation and uplift cybersecurity maturity. You will drive PAM compliance and control monitoring activities, support increment planning with user stories and feature releases, engaging users through showcases and workshops. You will also create and maintain end-user documentation and provide L1 support.

- Troubleshooting experience using log analysis, DB queries, understanding of integrated systems.
- Experience using ticketing platforms like Jira , ServiceNow.
- Technical knowledge of database queries, scripts, understanding of technical platforms, any programming languages and APIs
- Customer service experience with exceptional stakeholder management and good communication skills.
- Experience in Cyber Security Domain.
- Experience with any of the following is advantageous:
- Knowledge of Identity and Privilege access Management.
- Analytics experience using Alteryx or Power BI.
- Development and administration experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other similar tools.
