Join our Technology and Innovation team as a Platform Engineer focused on managing, automating, and scaling platforms and integrations critical to our SOC operations, including Swimlane SOAR. You will be responsible for ensuring platform health, performance, and resilience while shaping engineering strategy and contributing to AI-enabled SIEM, UEBA and TIP initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Linux-based production environments, working across a global stakeholder network in an Agile setting.

What you offer

- 5-10 years experience developing, integrating, configuring, and managing platforms, ideally SOAR platforms. This includes monitoring and addressing system performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability challenges.
- Experience developing and deploying infrastructure-as-code and configuration management solutions, such as CloudFormation, Terraform, Puppet, or Ansible, to automate operational tasks and improve platform reliability.
- Experience building and maintain CI/CD pipelines that integrate security controls and support continuous delivery of detection and response capabilities.
- Experience administering containerisation technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes, in production environments.
- Proficient in at least one scripting / programming languages, such as Python or Shell.
- Hands-on expertise in DevOps, incident management, root cause analysis, and production support, preferably working with Linux-based systems.
- Ability to plan and deliver to challenging timelines, managing stakeholder expectations in the process (experience working in an Agile environment desirable).
- Excellent listening and influencing skills, and flexibility to develop strong relationships with a complex set of global stakeholders (from working with users and analysts, to managing vendors).
