As a Senior Manager, you will drive the uplift of risk capabilities across technology, cyber, data governance and operational resilience, partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure risks are identified, understood and effectively managed. You will develop mature, proactive risk processes and provide end-to-end ownership, spanning technology, cyber, data governance and operational resilience. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to partner as line 1 risk across multiple domains and to develop and execute practical risk management strategies with broad stakeholder influence.

- 10+ years of technology or risk experience gained from domains such as cyber, information security, data, operational risk etc.
- Delivery or transformation change experience gained from large complex, business led, technology enabled programs
- Strong risk and control fundamentals with the ability to influence and negotiate with wide stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience in ability to break down complex problems, develop approaches, seek buy in and deliver to a roadmap.
- Ability to story tell in plain business language, with production of high-quality outputs.
