Join Macquarie's team of risk professionals to ensure technology risk within Commodities and Global Markets is managed in line with Macquarie's Operational Risk Management Framework. You will collaborate with technology teams and senior stakeholders to identify operational issues and control breakdowns, providing strategic guidance and leading risk incident investigations. You will leverage data analytics tools including Power BI and artificial intelligence solutions to automate control testing and deliver actionable insights to enhance risk oversight, while driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic initiatives. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and an opportunity to influence senior decision-makers and enable the digital journey of Commodities and Global Markets technology.

- Strong experience in technology risk or cyber risk management, assurance, or audit, ideally within financial services or professional services.
- Proficiency in process automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud technologies, coding, or data analytics tools such as Power BI
- A lateral thinker who can navigate complex situations and grasp abstract concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations with business leaders and risk management colleagues on emerging issues or regulations
- Proven ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders across global regions
- Highly motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and enterprise agile environment.
