Senior IAM leadership role overseeing a team of five delivering Access Management services 12x5 aligned to UK time, with 24/7 on-call for P1/P2 incidents. Manages ServiceNow queues to meet SLAs and maintain high-quality customer service. Provides SME guidance on IDAM processes (AD, AAD, MFA, data share permissions) and delivers regular metrics/MI. Involves in projects, audits, post-incident reviews, CSI and process automation, and collaboration with internal and external support teams.

• Oversee and manage a team of 5, with a shift rota ensuring Access Management services are provided on a 12 x 5 basis aligned to UK time zone, deliver 24/7 on-call support for Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) incidents.
• Manage work queues in ServiceNow, ensuring SLA’s are met, all work is managed according to ticket adherence standards and customer service is professional and to a high standard
• Excellent understanding of Identity Access Management Processes including strong knowledge of AD, AAD, MFA, Data share permissioning, task management
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and management information (MI).
• Involvement in projects as and when required
• Understand how to fulfil information requests related to Access Management.
• Provide evidence for internal and external audits as required.
• Monitor and investigate access alerts and anomalies.
• Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and process automation initiatives.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) advice and guidance for projects.
• Support post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
• Participate in service reviews and governance meetings.
• Fulfil emergency or expedited exit requests promptly.
• Create, review, and maintain documentation and procedures for IDAM services.
• Liaise with internal and external support teams as required.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) principles.
- Expertise in Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) administration.
- Familiarity with MFA technologies and access control mechanisms.
- Incident and request management experience within ITIL framework
- Ability to produce accurate reports and audit artefacts.

Experience:
- 10-15 years experience in identity and access management processes and technology.
- A good understanding of security risks.
- Experienced in working with UK stakeholders.

- Graduate in any discipline
