As Mission Critical Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) you interact with the customer on a regular basis in a proactive and programmatic manner. You are familiar with the solutions and customer’s organization. You bring deep technical knowledge and “know me” of the overall solution and understand how it contributes to the customer’s business goals. You define and own execution of architectural updates to customer’s environment to meet optimization goals.

Your proactive technical work lays the foundation for a successful operation of the solution. You deliver solution-oriented proactive services to ensure solution reliability, stability and optimal performance. You provide technology-specific deep technical expertise. You deliver ad-hoc trainings / workshops according to the customer’s needs. You ensure the solution is built & run according to leading practices and provide technical knowledge to remediate issues.

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Security who is passionate about driving our customers’ security transformation on the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Platforms. This is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

• You will drive positive Customer Satisfaction & become a trusted advisor as well as provide feedback & insights from customers/partners and be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Global Security teams at Microsoft, Engineering and Product teams to remove blockers and influence the solution roadmap.

• You will land an end-to-end value proposition for Security (i.e., Zero Trust) which spans the breadth of Microsoft Security offerings, and with focus on Threat Protection, ID + Access Management and Cloud Security.

• You will position and deliver solutions that drive Security product usage as you develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results & help Customers get value from their Microsoft investments and identify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging SA subject matter expertise. Deliver according to MS best practices & using repeatable IP. ​

• You will accelerate Business Value of overall Security adoption by improving security posture and ensuring that the solution exhibits “Secure by Design” framework, such as high-performance levels, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment.

• You will align your individual skilling to team/area demands & Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and share your expertise, contribute to Intellectual Property (IP) creation & re-use to accelerate customer outcomes.

• You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build a plan for implementing the solution – governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment. Outcome is consensus on solution design and next steps toward production.

• You will collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders including FastTrack, partner, and Microsoft Consulting in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.

• Experience working with large enterprise or missioncritical environments, including handling highs everity incidents and security driven escalations.

• Ability to act as a trusted security advisor, guiding customers on improving their identity security posture and resilience.

• Experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise Security solutions (EntraID, Access Management (IAM), Sentinel).

• Deep understanding of certificates and PKI, including ADCS, certificate lifecycle management, and secure issuance.

• Experience on designing, implementing, and securing Entra ID, including directory architecture, identity lifecycle, authentication, and access management.

• Experience on identity security, governance, and Zero Trust controls including Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Access Reviews, passwordless solutions, and External ID (B2B/B2C/CIAM).

• Expertise in modern application integration, including SAML, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and App Proxy for secure hybrid app publishing.

• Experience on threat protection and monitoring using Microsoft security tools, including MDI, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Monitor / Log Analytics, Sentinels, and adherence to CIS / SCM baselines.
