Join the Privileged Access Fleet to design, implement, and support scalable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and ensure stability of production systems. The role involves operational support, automation (Python/PowerShell/Shell), collaboration with internal teams and vendors, and contributing to Agile squads and global operational excellence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cyber Security Operations Support Engineer to join our Privileged Access Fleet. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. You will work closely with development teams in an Agile environment, contribute to global application architecture decisions, and ensure the stability and reliability of production systems. This position requires a strong troubleshooting mindset, infrastructure knowledge, and knowledge of application deployment methodologies.

This is a Cyber Security Operations Support Engineer position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Provide operational support for critical Privileged Access systems and act as a subject matter expert.

  • Design and maintain PAM solutions, leveraging both industry-standard tools and custom-built applications.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and end users to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless operations.

  • Develop automation scripts and tooling using Python, PowerShell, or Shell to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational workflows and delegate tasks to outsourced L1/L2 teams as needed.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance system stability, recovery time, and supportability through automation and process optimization.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows environments.

  • Intermediate knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python).

  • Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and tools.

  • Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and ITIL disciplines (release, change, configuration management).

  • Strong understanding of security principles and experience working in regulated environments.

  • Knowledge of automation/orchestration tools and mindset for process optimization.

  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary technologies.

  • Azure experience is a plus.

  • CISSP or similar certification preferred but not mandatory.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and operational excellence.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.

  • Ability to work effectively in globally distributed teams and manage periodic on-call responsibilities.

  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork in an operations-driven environment.
