What you'll be doing:

In the role of Senior Manager, Software Security Architecture at NVIDIA, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of advanced security architects, encouraging a culture of excellence and collaboration.

• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for security software technology, ensuring detailed execution and high-quality work.

• Lead and administrate a complex workload of customer requests and priorities.

• Coordinate the development and architecture of various software systems, including Cloud, Containers, Kubernetes, system software, and firmware.

• Partner with multi-functional teams to resolve and successfully conduct innovative security solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement in software development practices, setting daring goals and achieving outstanding results.

• Find ways to improve customer experience through automation and/or AI

What we need to see:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• More than 10 overall years of confirmed background in software engineering.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software architecture and leadership positions.

• People management experience; this is not the position for a first-time manager.

• Commitment to successful people management as your first priority.

• A strong dedication to excellence and a consistent track record of mentoring and developing people.

• Excellent software architecture skills with a strong hands-on ability.

• Experience leading senior-level software engineers and diverse software architectures, such as Cloud, Containers, Kubernetes, system software, and firmware.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until January 14, 2026.
