PwC is seeking a pragmatic, collaborative Risk Assessment Manager to join the Technology, AI, Data and Third Parties (TAD+) Risk Management team. You will manage a portfolio of risk assessments for client-facing and internal teams, identify and document risks, and work with specialist risk functions (Information Security, Data Protection, Ethics) to define mitigations. The role involves stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, contributing to risk reporting, and supporting capability building across technology, data and third-party risk. This position offers exposure to emerging technologies, data strategies and third-party models across the firm.
What your days will look like:
- Managing a portfolio of risk assessments with client-facing and/or internal business teams, ensuring risks are identified, documented and mitigated.
- Building relationships with subject matter experts and specialist risk teams (e.g. Information Security, Client Risk, Data Protection, Ethics and Compliance) to form a holistic view of risks.
- Contributing to team risk reporting, identifying emerging issues and escalating portfolio risks to leadership in a timely manner.
- Supporting upskilling, communications and capability building on Technology, Data and Third Party Risk Management.
This role is for you if:
- you have relevant experience in technology, data or third-party risk management within a large scale, complex environment. Ideally from a Professional Services or a relevant tech environment
- you have experience of designing and implementing risk processes and controls
- you understand risk management’s role in achieving organisational goals and meeting compliance obligations
- you are skilled in managing broad portfolios, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and delivering results
- you have experienced in diverse, remote and in-person teams; supports juniors, fostering collaboration and resilience
- you are a clear, confident communicator with the ability to analyse processes and produce accessible guidance
