We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Network Specialist will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. This senior position requires a proactive individual who is always looking to enhance and improve the network, bringing best industry practices to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and other network devices.

  • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.

  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance and improve the network infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with local and global IT team members to develop and implement network solutions.

  • Implement best industry practices to ensure optimal network performance and security following the global standards developed in the company.

  • Ensure network security and compliance with company policies and standards.

  • Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.

  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure including:

    • Experience with Wi-Fi manage and Wi-Fi design (Cisco, Meraki, etc.)

    • Experience with users’ LAN environments (Cisco, Meraki, etc.)

    • Experience with WAN/SDWAN environments.

    • Experience with third parties’ connectivity.

  • Experience with firewalls, security policies, and access controls.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal:

  • Languages:

    • Mandarin (mandatory)

    • English C1 (mandatory)

    • Spanish B2 (desirable)

    • Cantons (desirable)
