What you’ll build

In the QMS (Quality Management System) Foundation Office, you’ll drive operational excellence and evolution of the SSE (Support, Service, and Engagements) Management System—a critical framework ensuring quality, security, and compliance across SAP’s global service operations.

You’ll manage the SSE Management System’s scope and core documentation, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements. You’ll maintain the Statement of Applicability (SoA) and drive security control implementation, contributing to SAP’s world-class certification standards.

Managing Corrective and Preventive Actions, you’ll facilitate systemic improvements and stronger processes. You’ll prepare annual Management Reviews for senior leadership, providing visibility into system performance and opportunities.

As key liaison for internal and external ISO audits, you’ll ensure audit readiness and represent the organization during certification. Your work enables SAP to maintain certifications and serve millions of users globally.

Working at the intersection of quality management, information security, and compliance, you’ll collaborate across SSE, Cloud organizations, and Lines of Business—shaping a management system spanning SAP’s global support and service delivery.

What you bring

• 3-7 years managing/implementing/auditing ISO 9001 Quality or ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems
• Strong understanding of QMS/ISMS frameworks, auditing standards, process and risk management
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication skills
• Strong project management, organizational skills, attention to detail
• Ownership-oriented mindset: you take initiative and work independently in virtual teams
• Critical thinker and quick learner balancing innovative problem-solving with compliance rigor
• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Business Administration or comparable
