As part of the Office of the Chief Security Officer, you will assess the security posture of potential acquisitions and enable rapid adoption of SAP's security standards across newly acquired companies. You will design and operate standardized M&A security due diligence and post-merger integration processes, and collaborate with target companies' security teams to define uplift roadmaps for relevant domains. You will lead hands-on integration activities to uplift security capabilities and ensure a unified security posture across SAP after deals, with opportunities for learning and certification such as SAP Threat Modeling Expert.

Purpose & Mission: As part of the Office of the Chief Security Officer (CSO), we support security leadership across the company and ensure seamless integration of security processes. This position is crucial for assessing potential acquisitions and enabling newly acquired companies to quickly adopt SAP's security standards and procedures, fostering a unified security posture across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Assess the security posture of potential targets and new acquisitions.
- Design, implement and operate a standardized procedure for M&A Security Due Diligence and Post Merger Integrations, aligned with SAPs security best practices.
- Work closely with the target companies‘ security teams to define comprehensive uplift and integration roadmaps for the corresponding domains.
- Lead and support the hands-on execution of the integration activities to ensure a smooth and efficient uplift of security capabilities and processes.
