The Staff Security Engineer will lead security initiatives within Shopify's Engineering & Data teams. You will design, implement, and improve security controls and strategies, collaborate with product teams to reduce risk, and help drive secure-by-design practices across the organization. This role is remote in the Americas, supporting teams across time zones. You will mentor engineers and help respond to security incidents and threats.
