Cyber Security Analyst will support day-to-day security operations and larger security initiatives within SG Global Solution Centre in Bangalore. The role requires an experienced individual (3-5 years in risk security, security assessment and controls) who can work as an individual contributor and mentor others. You will analyze problems, define and implement solutions, and work within defined processes and frameworks while reporting progress to management. Certifications like CISA, CRISC, CISSP or CISM are preferred, and there is emphasis on automation, data lake reporting, and moving controls to auto mode.
The main responsibilities\u00a0are:<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 IC with moderate functional knowledge of cyber security or information security processes and expert domain knowledge<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist functional manager in performing day to day security activities\/operations by working independently, handling larger projects or assignments<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Analyze the problem statements, define and execute the desired solutions; mentor team members<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Work inline to defined processes, framework and provide regular functional updates to manager<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to prioritize deliverables and work in consultation with manager and other seniors in the team<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Contribute to various functional initiatives with larger responsibilities<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Get involved in on boarding new colleagues.<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Contribute\/collaborate to the success of transversal projects or projects involving several teams.<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Contribute to operational efficiency project by implementing improvement of controls that shows operational efficiency gains validated by the PO<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Work closely with Automation team to contribute actively towards automation and transformation initiates of CC and move controls in auto mode. Ensure control reporting integrated to data lake<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Active involvement to move all the controls Datalake as per desired level and run on Datalake with positive KPIs<\/p>Profile required
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At least 3-5 years\u2019 experience within the risk security domain, security assessment and controls performer<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Individual contributor with logical thinking with problem solving abilities<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Good general knowledge of IT and IT security<\/p>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, working with all different levels of management<\/p>

Responsibilities
