Responsible for driving the consolidation, analysis and reporting of key risks across business functions to provide a comprehensive enterprise risk view. \u00e8 Role focuses on gathering and analysing risk information, maintaining governance standards and templates and ensuring transparent reporting to various management forums<\/p>
\u00e8 Experience in aggregating risk information from various departments or BU\u2019s to develop a comprehensive, consistent and standardized enterprise -wide risk view for effective reporting and analysis<\/p>
\u00e8 Collaborate with technical team in building a single, central repository \/ lake for storing massive amounts of raw multi structured risk data<\/p>
\u00e8 Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (macros and Advanced Formulas), Power BI(Interpreting dashboards) and Microsoft PowerPoint(Create Management presentation and summaries)<\/p>
\u00e8 Analyze historical and emerging trends in risk metrics to identify potential future exposures and reporting the same in required forums<\/p>
\u00e8 Detect anomalies or inconsistencies in reported risk data, initiate follow-up actions and ensure findings are escalated or reported in respective forums<\/strong><\/p> \u00e8 Roles requires strong collaboration with cross functional teams (Various BU\u2019s) to ensures risks are consistently captured and monitored<\/p> \u00e8 Support leadership and committees with trend-based insights to guide strategic decision making<\/p> \u00e8 Conduct risk trend and pattern to identify emerging or systematic risks<\/p> \u00e8 Provide data-driven recommendations for risk Prioritization and Monitoring<\/p> \u00e8 Continuously identify opportunities to Automate and enhance reporting efficiency across the risk management function<\/strong><\/p> \u00e8 Provide support to business in the modification \/creation of managerial controls to ensure that controls are setup in a complete, accurate and timely manner, while meeting regulatory and other requirements<\/p> \u00e8 Monitor and follow up on pending or overdue action items from risk reviews and enforce closure through regular engagement with respective owners<\/strong><\/p>Profile required \u00e8 Bachelor\u2019s or Master degree in Engineering Discipline, finance or related discipline.<\/p> \u00e8 8-10 Years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk or Risk Reporting, ITRM<\/p> \u00e8 Strong Analytical background with experience in Trend Analysis, forecasting and Data interpretation<\/p> \u00e8 Good to have risk data leak knowledge and Risk Framework<\/strong><\/p> \u00e8 Deep understanding in Risk Management Frameworks and Internal controls<\/p> \u00e8 Good to have CRISC, ISO 27001, CISSC Certification<\/p> \u00e8 Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights.<\/p> \u00e8 High Attention to detail and commitment to governance and data integrity<\/p> Client Focus<\/strong><\/p> 1.Build a long-term relationship with the internal partners and provide support where ever required with guidance<\/p> 2.\u00a0\u00a0Strive to satisfy clients\/internal partners while considering risks for the company<\/p> 3.
