Société Générale Global Solutions Centre (SG GSC) seeks an IT Risk Analyst to manage the Group IT perimeter audit process, track recommendations, and monitor progress and target due dates. The role includes producing operational/regulatory reporting and dashboards, and providing ad-hoc data analysis to support Business Risk Managers. The position is based in Bucharest with a hybrid arrangement and a permanent contract.

Our mission is to be a partner of choice, valued for owning, transforming and innovating through best in class talent.<\/p> Within the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale group, you will join the GSCRO\/ISR\/RSK (Governance Risk Compliance) team, which is in charge with managing the Group IT Filliere operational risks.<\/p> Specifically, you will be required to::<\/strong><\/p> Ensure the establishment and proper implementation of Audit process on the Group IT perimeter;<\/p><\/li> Identify new recommendations published, reopened or closed;<\/p><\/li> Accompany the BRM in determining the correct assignment of a recommendation to a department, a Business Line and a subcategory of events;<\/p><\/li> Regularly obtain a recommendation progress status and evaluate\/monitor confidence level in reaching the target due dates;<\/p><\/li> Support the auditees in applying the Group process of follow up of recommendations: (Action plans definition, regular follow-up and communication between the auditees and General Inspection and Audit Division (IGAD), deliverables and closure Memo);<\/p><\/li> Manage the documentation on audit recommendations\/assignments on the Audit Sharepoint and in the activity follow-up file to ensure a good tracking and a complete view of the internal audit activity;<\/p><\/li> Raise an alert as soon as it is identified to ISR\/RSK and IGAD management for each of the recommendations in stock;<\/p><\/li> Initiate the various requests from the auditees to obtain\/grant access in My Actions ;<\/p><\/li> Produce operational, regulatory reporting and quarterly dashboards related to your activity;<\/p><\/li> \u00a0Provide specific analysis\/support on an ad-hoc basis to help Business Risk Managers (ORM) in data crunching and analysis.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Profile required Preferable graduate from IT University degrees, you have functional knowledge about IT infrastructure (not expert) or risks\/control\/audit in a banking environment;<\/p><\/li> Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel)<\/p><\/li> Understanding of operational risk assessment<\/p><\/li> Ability to self-manage the workload by task prioritization;<\/p><\/li> Knowing how to be synthetic and highlight important messages about your own activity in various presentations;<\/p><\/li> \u201cProblem solving\u201d mindset and solution-enabler capacities;<\/p><\/li> Client oriented, understand client issues and propose optimal solution assertively;<\/p><\/li> Good communication skills, written and oral, in French (B2+) and English (B1+)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Why join us Here, you will find a flexible workplace and culture, autonomy, constant learning opportunities, dynamism, and talented people, making this experience a real career accelerator.
