Lead System Engineer-MS Teams will join the Video Conferencing & Communication Services (VCS) within UCS and focus on Telephony infrastructure including Oracle ECB and SBC, with global 24x7 support and weekend on-call. The role involves managing the infrastructure, enabling global project delivery, and site commissioning/decommissioning. The candidate should have strong knowledge of voice protocols, IP telephony, and network troubleshooting, and will work in a high-governance banking environment with strict incident/change/problem management standards. The position is based in Bangalore, India, with hybrid working arrangements.
This profile will be part of Video Conferencing & Communication Services [ VCS] part of UCS [ Unified Communication services] BL.<\/p>
He\/She will be working primarily on Telephony infra managing Oracle ECB, SBC and other integration to it. Job Role is to support global infra 24x7 and on call over the weekends.<\/p>
Apart from managing the infrastructure he\/she will be working on global project deliverables, new site commission\/decommissions.<\/p>Profile required
\u2022 Very good understanding of\u00a0Oracle SBC, ECB and administration experience on\u00a0Voice protocols. Troubleshooting skills on Oracle SBC\/ ECB<\/p>
\u2022 Basic knowledge of Network and Security platform.<\/p>
\u2022 Strong experience on IP telephony and it's monitoring tools.<\/p>
\u2022 Work experience on - Configuration\u00a0of Oracle SBC \/ ECB, Wireshark tool, Oracle EOM<\/p>
- Protocol Knowledge : SIP ,RTP ,TDM, ISDN ,UDP ,TCP ,TLS ,SNMP ,Radius ,LDAP ,DHCP ,DNS and HTTPS<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>
\u2022 Expert troubleshooting techniques in networking down to packet level analysis.<\/p>
\u2022 Good understanding on SIP RFC 3261<\/p>
\u2022 DHCP, DNS, Wins, Active Directory knowledge is a must.<\/p>
\u2022 Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills<\/p>
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a high-governance banking environment.<\/strong><\/li>
- Candidate must perform consistently with strict adherence to all internal standards for incident management, change management and Problem management.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>
\u2022 Ability to maintain appropriate level of communication on projects\/tasks with peers
