Lead System Engineer - Wireless leads the deployment and support of the proxy and network security stack in the IT environment. The role involves documenting chronic issues related to web proxy implementation, ramping up proxy initiatives, and mentoring team members, along with extensive VPN, firewall, and web proxy troubleshooting in an enterprise setting. It also covers outage leadership, root cause analysis, change and problem management, DR exercises, device compliance, and participation in audits and security topics. The position is based in Bangalore, India on a permanent contract with hybrid working opportunities.
