Who we are looking for

State Street cyber architecture & engineering is looking for outstanding individuals with excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong communications, and influencing capabilities. This role will have a broad range of responsibilities within IAM/IGA.

What you will be responsible for

As an IAM IGA Business Analyst, you will

• Develop impactful visualizations and narratives that translate data to storytelling reports
• Partner with business teams and drive RBAC implementation and maintenance
• Have an agile mindset and deliver incremental value in sprints
• Partner and drive consensus among various stakeholders including business users, ISOs
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate dependencies, risk

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (BS)
• Experience working in large financial organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong contributor with high motivation, with the ability to take initiative, set priorities, and perform tasks

Salary Range:
