As a Red Team Operator / Security Tester you will simulate real-world cyber attacks to identify vulnerabilities, perform penetration tests and security assessments, and provide actionable remediation recommendations. You will develop and execute attack scenarios, contribute to security testing tooling and automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve defensive controls. The role requires strong offensive security skills, experience with penetration testing methodologies, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
